PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING REQUESTS: This is our private house, quiet and peaceful, it's not a student party house. We accept only people at least 23 years old. Monthly: 410€rent + 170€utilities = 580€ tot. monthly (plus one time 500€ security deposit, the deposit will be refunded to you during the check-out process if the room and the bathroom will be left in the same clean conditions as when you first arrived) The rent and the utilities, must be paid before day one of each month. Located in Pian del Mugnone (7 km from the city center of Firenze) Double room with private bathroom and balcony. Very quiet and peaceful area. The apartment is on the second floor. Connected to Florence by bus number 21 and by train. The last bus to get back home is around 9:30pm in the evening. Electric scooter included. (monopattino segway) If the electric scooter will be lost/stolen, the 500€ deposit will be used as refund. Wifi and washing machine. We will need occasional access to the guest bathroom, only for using the washing machine. There is a bar and a grocery store, bakery, and fruit shop near the house. No other guests are allowed to sleep at the house. My girlfriend, our cat, and I live in the house, in our room, and have our own bathroom. We will share the kitchen. NO USE OF THE SOFA IN THE KITCHEN ROOM. To stay here, we will regularly make a contract, as soon as you will arrive you will have to report your presence in Questura and to make Codice Fiscale , if you are from extra schengen area, it's free if done in the first week when you arrive in italy, as regularly requested from the Italian Government. The house is on the second floor. It’s necessary: - Always leave clean and tidy the common spaces, always clean up the kitchen after any use. - To make a separate collection of the waste (paper, glass, plastic and packaging, organic). - Respect the condominium regulation. - At the check-out the private and the public areas will have to be as clean as how you found them at the check-in.
