Modern apartment in Glyfada! The apartment was fully reconstructed in 2018 in a minimal and modern way. It is furnished and fully equipped. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. There is also a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine. Big closets will make your stay more comfortable. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Elliniko is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 50 meters away. The house is ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to spend their summer holidays in a beachside apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens. The nearest beach of Glyfada is less than one km away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in the Voula and Vouliagmeni areas. During summer time the coastline of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choices for swimming, walking, and dining. There is also a large garden where you can relax enjoying the sun! Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
