Modern apartment in Athens! At the historic location of Plaka, we built with much love and respect a luxury complex of suites and apartments. The building dates from 1932 and it is a fantastic and also typical Neoclassical interwar structure. We made a strong team surrounded by architects, interior designers, archeologists, and mechanics and we are glad we finally get exactly the result we had in mind. The renovation was finalized in the summer of 2022 and since July we are ready to host you in our little gem, in the heart of Athens! We will definitely be with you throughout your trip! This suite is indicated on the third floor and it is an outstanding situation living here on the top of this building! It includes a huge terrace, a jacuzzi, a double and comfortable bed, a luxury bathroom, a minibar, and a Nespresso machine. The luxury of the materials and their ideal organization in the space will try to relax even the most demanding travelers. INFO: part of the terrace is shared with the tenants from the first and second floors. The residence is in the historical center of Athens. This means that all attractions are within walking distance. Parking is hard to find in the center of Athens, but there is a private one next to our property at an extra cost. The supermarket is 150 meters away and there is a pharmacy right next to it. Countless restaurants and bars, your choices are truly endless, shops and the local market, everything is right at your feet. The Acropolis in 7 minutes, Monastiraki in 3 minutes, Syntagma in 4 minutes, and Metro in 3 minutes. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and fully heated and there is 24/7 hot water. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Monastiraki is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
