Spacious beach house in Anavyssos! This villa is the best option for a luxury vacation near Athens. There are 5 bedrooms it can host up to 9 guests and it has a private swimming pool! The house is located only 200 meters from the beach. This unique villa locates in the Anavyssos area, 40 km from the center of Athens, 50 minutes driving from Athens, and only 30 minutes from the airport. On the ground floor is the living room, a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals, one toilet, one bathroom, and one office. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. Two of them have a double bed with a sofa and the other one has a single one. Up to the attic, there is a double bed with also an en-suite bathroom, a sofa, and a large veranda. The swimming pool is just for you! There is lots of outdoor furniture ready for your use. Finally, there is a pool house with a kitchen, bathroom, and one double bed. The villa is fully air-conditioned and there is a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets of top quality. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Please keep in mind that electricity costs are not included in the monthly rent price. Guests are liable for any electricity costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
