You will be staying less than 1 minute away from the main attractions of downtown Portimão, you can enjoy the local sweets, go to a show at the theatre, or simply enjoy an ice cream on the Portimão riverside as you take your walk. With access to the city's main transport, less than 15 minutes from the beach, you can spend your stay embedded in the local community. You will be staying on the third floor of the building, so you will be able to enjoy the river views. There is an elevator to get to the 3rd floor. There is an open kitchen/living room area that is fully equipped. The m(hidden)edroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a single bed. In the bathroom, you will find a rain shower. There is a washing machine, a dishwashing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a big fridge with freezer. So, it will not be a problem to feel right at home as we have all the necessities in place for you! Important note: For this property bills up to € 100 per month are included in the price.
