You are 10 minutes by bike from the main university faculty like Math, Economy, Psychology, Engineering, Biology and Biomedicine. The Via Durer bus stop is very close to home. The tram stops are in Via Tiziano Aspetti, a 5-minute walk away and you can stop at the train station or continue to the historic center. The area is really well served , you can find shops, two big supermarket, Pharmacy. Nearby there is Butterfly Park , but with a short walk you can reach Milcovich Park where the association Arcella Bella organizes many summer events and the the Plebiscite sports center where you can practice many sports. Nearby you have ALI’Shopping Center where you can find all you need, but also Aldi. The house is of two private units . The apartment is very bright and large, it consists of an entrance, a kitchen, 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a garden for bikes. Three rooms have access to the terrace. The room for Erasmus students it is composed by Ikea duvet, duvet cover, pillowcase and mattress cover.
