→ Building The flat is situated on the first floor of a condominium with access to a swimming pool and private parking. Located in one of the quietest areas of Vilamoura, the flat is a short drive from the Marina and Falésia beaches. Works underway on the building façade, with no estimated completion date. → Bedrooms The flat has two bedrooms: one suite with double bed and balcony and another bedroom with two single beds. → Bathroom The flat has two bathrooms: one with bathtub and shower and the second with shower and a washing machine. → Living Room The living room has two single sofa beds, flat-screen TV and access to the balcony with dining area and views of the condominium garden. → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included). → Swimming Pool The swimming pool is shared with the condominium and is open from 08:00 to 20:00. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
