The apartment is on the floor oft he building. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, bathroom, living room and toilet are shared with your flatmates. The flat fulfills all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. The shared flat (4 rooms) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people. This flatsharing is perfect for students, interns, flight attendants or young professionals to get a good start in the new city. The rent is All In (including electricity, heating, gas, internet, two weeks cleaning). So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities.
