A large sliding door to the left leads to a chic kitchen concept. The kitchen ties together contemporary elements, boasting modern appliances, with desert aesthetics, as shown at the two-person breakfast in the corner. The glass pocket door to the right of the space conceals Smara’s private laundry room; a rare find in Madrid. The main hall opens up to an elegant space fit for work and indulgence. The area closest to the entryway offers a spacious workstation for two complete with a vinyl record player. The middle of the space is fit for a glorious six-person dining experience with unique, lantern lighting hanging overhead. Terracotta details guide guests to the final area of the space: the living room. Here guests will find designer furnishings, desert-like greenery, and a full entertainment system.
