Apartment Brunelleschi is a small studio located in a historic stone palazzo, dating back to the fifteenth century, where the artists Donatello and Michelozzo once housed their sculpting and architectural workshops. It is in the heart of the historic center of Florence, just twenty meters from the Piazza del Duomo and the Via Calzaiuoli, the main street in the pedestrian-only area which runs between the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE - The monthly rent is € 820, but if the booking period is less than three months there is a 10% increase in the price - For utility costs, each apartment has its own meters for reading.
