(hidden) invites you to enjoy a wonderful family vacation in one of the most prestigious resorts in the Algarve! → Condominium The apartment is located inside the Clube Albufeira condominium, surrounded by gardens, swimming pools, restaurants, snack bars, mini-golf, children's playground and a mini-market. The pools are all open, however, without a lifeguard on duty. *Ongoing construction works across the street, with no timetable for completion. → Bedrooms The apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed (and a private bathroom) and one with two single beds. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with a bath and shower. → Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning, a dining table and access to a private balcony with a dining area and a privileged view over the pool. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kettle and coffee machine (coffee not included). → Pools The condominium features 4 pool areas, one of which is climate-controlled (adapted to the outdoor temperature), with sunbeds, restrooms, a snack bar or restaurant, as well as children's pools. All pools are open year-round from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00 and of 50€ after 00:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → The Resort has access control to the facilities. All guests must wear a (reusable) wristband, which gives access to the facilities. Each wristband costs 20€ in cases of loss. → Nigh time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
