Quite bright during the day, this apartment invites you to live the true and complete experience of typical neighborhood. It is ideal for small families or groups of friends who wish to spend a few pleasant days in the city of Lisbon with the city center and the main attractions and historical landmarks at a walking distance. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both have balconies that provides inviting and warm sunlight. → Bathrooms The apartment has a bathroom with shower and other one without. → Living Room The living room has smart TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table and air conditioner. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → City tax will be charged according to the law. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. We wish our guests an excellent vacation, but always respecting the neighbors' night rest. If the equipment is turned off, our staff will be notified.
