Priority has been given to comfort, cleanliness, and style. → Bedroom: Comfy bed, modern wardrobe, air-conditioning, heater, and double glazed windows with black-out shutters for a soothing night’s sleep. → Living Room: L-Shaped sofa turns into a comfortable extra long double bed. The best part? While sitting on the sofa you have a once-in-a-lifetime private view of the castle, which at night is beautifully lit up. It also features a cozy relaxation/reading chair, a small private balcony, air-conditioning, heater, and double glazed windows with black-out shutters. → Bathroom: The bathroom features a ''rain shower'' and a heated towel rack for your better comfort. → Kitchen: Equipped with refrigerator and freezer, microwave, four ring stove, toaster, kettle, manual coffee maker and cutlery, glasses, plates, bowls, pots and pans, etc. Dining table/workstation with four seats. Washing machine and laundry iron. Don’t feel like cooking? You’re close by to some of Lisbon’s best restaurants and food markets. → Bonus Room: Enjoy our secret attic room! A special room for the young at heart and ancient souls to relax, meditate, read (we have a small curated library of English books about Lisbon), do yoga (mats included), or enjoy a peaceful moment by the pop-out window overlooking the castle. NOTE: the few stairs to the attic are quite steep. → We are an old European city and this is a 'European sized apartment.' The kind that families have lived in for hundreds, if not thousands of years. The apartment is not large by American standards, but it is cozy and well-equipped. Families of up to ten members used to live in such a size (and many still do), so guests of four or less should find that they have more than enough room for a truly wonderful vacation. → Special Touches: • You will find original artwork by local artists throughout the apartment, including unique Portuguese tiles. • Our beloved recommendations book, lovingly written by us, for all types of moods and outings (romantic, kid-friendly, adventurous, historical, foodies, hidden gems and secret spots). Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Cuando encuentras una propiedad que te gusta, realizar una reserva es muy sencillo. Tanto el inquilino como el propietario deben confirmar antes de formalizar una reserva. Así es como funciona:

- Preséntate al propietario. Haz cualquier pregunta que tengas.
- Cuando estés listo para reservar, envía una solicitud de reserva.
- Cuando el propietario la apruebe y se acepte el pago, habrás reservado correctamente la propiedad.
No es necesario que visites el alojamiento cuando reservas con HousingAnywhere. Estas son las razones:
- Todas las propiedades de HousingAnywhere tienen fotografías y una descripción clara. Puedes comunicarte fácilmente con el propietario por si algo no estuviese claro.
- Al no realizarse visitas, todos los usuarios tienen las mismas oportunidades a la hora de reservar, tanto las personas que ya viven en la ciudad como las que viven en otro lugar.
- HousingAnywhere se cerciora de que la propiedad es tal y como aparece en el anuncio, y solamente envía el pago al propietario cuando has hecho la mudanza correctamente.
