The apartment is in a quiet residential area, easily accessible from the center of Florence (SMN Station) in 15 min by bus, well served by supermarkets, stores, green areas, possibility of parking bike in a private area, all expenses included, 2 bathrooms and 2 refrigerators, wifi. In the house there are a dog and three/four cats :) Elena (the owner) lives in the apartment, in which there are two single rooms with a shared bathroom, which we rent to international students. Guests are not allowed. We speak English, French, Spanish. International students are welcome! Appartamento è in zona tranquilla residenziale, facilmente raggiungibile dal centro di Firenze (Stazione SMN) in 15 min di autobus, ben servita di supermarkets, negozi, aree verdi, possibilità di parcheggio bicicletta in zona privata, tutte le spese incluse, 2 bagni e 2 frigoriferi, wifi. Nella casa ci sono un cane e tre/quattro gatti :) Elena (la proprietaria) convive nell'appartamento, nel quale sono presenti due stanze singole con un bagno condiviso, che affittiamo a studentesse internazionali. Non sono ammessi ospiti....
