Modern two-room apartment of about 65 square meters located on the second floor inside a courtyard of a building from the early 1900s, near the Naviglio Grande towpath, a few steps from Porta Genova station and widely served by public transport. Entering the apartment, equipped with air conditioning, we find ourselves in the living area with an open kitchen, furnished with a comfortable queen size sofa bed overlooking the TV area and a table for 4 people. The kitchen is very well equipped, with fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave. Finally, the sleeping area, which is accessed through a corridor where there is a cabinet for cleaning materials. The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together, bedside tables and relative lampshades. The corridor leads to the bathroom, complete with services, washing machine and shower. Public transport The apartment is located in an area very well connected to the main places of interest in the city. RENTAL CONDITION: - One-time agency fee: 30% on the first month's rent (it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that). - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption. -Monthly mandatory cleaning already included - We will provide you with a registered contract and the contract translated into English. - For an extra cost of 80 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen. - One-time final cleaning fee: for a studio is € 150 (VAT included), for a one-bedroom apartment is € 200 (VAT included), and for a 2-bedroom apartment is € 250 (VAT included). - Check-in & Check-out outside of working hours are to be paid, the amount may change accordingly to the day and time. - Contracts can be terminated with 90 days of early notice and no penalty. If the early notice is inferior the landlord has the right by law to ask for 90 days of rent. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
