It's interior facing, but don't worry, it has a window overlooking the patio and lots of light comes in. It comes with a single bed (105 cm), a built-in wardrobe, and a table and chair for studying or working. Oh, and it has individual air conditioning and heating so you're always comfortable. The apartment was recently renovated, so everything is brand new. There are six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (yes, it has a washer and dryer), and a living room to share with your roommates. The decoration is well thought out, with no unnecessary things, so that you feel at home from the first day. Argüelles is a great neighborhood, ideal for students and young professionals. You have everything: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and very good public transportation connections (metro and buses). In addition, it is close to some of the most important universities in Madrid, such as ICADE and the Antonio de Nebrija University. If you study at the Ciudad Universitaria, it is also a great option. And if you work at the Hospital Clínico or the Fundación Jiménez Díaz, it is only a 16-minute walk away, wonderful! The neighborhood is safe and has a unique vibe, a mix of the traditional with an international touch. In addition, there are parks and green spaces in the area where you can go out and relax.
