This apartment is at a walking distance from the Praça da Figueira one of the main squares of the city and a few minutes walk from the main square: Terreiro do Paço. In Terreiro do Paço you can enjoy the sunset by the riverside or on the terraces/ restaurants in the square. We wish you a lovely stay in this great city that is Lisboa. The layout of this lovely little property, located on the 4th floor of a building with no lift, is similar to a studio, with a comfortable double bed in the living room and a small bedroom with a pull-out sofa-bed for on another guest. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with heated floor. Although at first glance this apartment looks like a studio flat, the living room is quite spacious and the double bed here doesn't seem at all out of place once you are inside the property, especially as there is still room for a small dining table, comfortable armchairs, and even a cosy fireplace. This living area is bright and cheerful, with plenty of natural light streaming through the double-glazed windows, and the stylish decoration providing a comfortable feel which immediately makes you feel at home. This main room has an air-conditioning unit which also provides heat during the winter. A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10 pm and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2 am and 50€ after 2 am Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
