This modern apartment in the famous Alfama area is the perfect place for a family or friends. It is very well situated, between the Sé Cathedral and the Miradouro das Portas do Sol, in the Sé-Alfama district of Lisbon. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a dining area a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Essentials, linen and towels provided. The apartment is located only a 2-minute walk (140 metres) from Tram 28 Limoeiro stop, and a 7-minute walk (550 metres) from Terreiro do Paço metro station. It is very well situated, between the Sé Cathedral and the Miradouro das Portas do Sol, in the Sé-Alfama district of Lisbon. LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN & DINING: The spacious living room has plenty of natural light coming through large windows. It has a comfortable grey sofa, a fluffy blue carpet, a coffee table, a chair, a wooden cabinet and a large mirror. The stylish dining area with a wooden table and chairs can seat up to 6 guests. The modern kitchen has all the amenities you need including 2 fridges, a stove with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The apartment has 3 modern double bedrooms, each of those has a comfortable bed with white linen, bedside tables, an open wardrobe, a desk, a mirror and a big window. There is a 4th bedroom which contains a single bed that can be unfolded to a double one. Please note that the 4th bedroom has no windows. One of the two sparkling white bathrooms has a glass shower cabin and the other has a tub. Bathroom essentials, linen and towels are provided alongside a hairdryer. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10 pm and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2 am and 50€ after 2 am Please note, that the 4th bedroom has no windows. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
