Salon : Le salon est spacieux et lumineux, équipé d'un canapé-lit qui augmente la capacité d'hébergement de l'appartement. Vous pourrez vous y détendre en regardant la télévision à écran plat ou en lisant un bon livre. Cuisine : La cuisine ouverte est moderne et entièrement équipée avec un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour préparer vos repas en toute autonomie. Salle de bain : La salle de bain, au design contemporain, est équipée d'une douche confortable, d'un bidet et d'un lave-linge, ce qui est particulièrement pratique pour les longs séjours. L'appartement Sacconi 2 A, situé dans la Via Privata Giuseppe Sacconi 2, est situé dans le quartier de Ripamonti-Corvetto. La station de métro la plus proche est Brenta sur la ligne M3 (jaune), à environ 1 km de l'appartement. De plus, le quartier est bien desservi par plusieurs lignes de bus, dont les lignes 65, 84, 91, 93 et 95, qui facilitent les déplacements vers les autres quartiers de la ville. Le quartier regorge de restaurants, de bars et de boutiques, vous permettant de vous immerger dans la vie milanaise locale. De plus, la présence de supermarchés et de services essentiels à proximité immédiate rend votre séjour encore plus confortable. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
