Location The building is located at a 5 min walking distance from the Central Station Rotterdam. The accommodation is located on the 4th floor. The tram and metro stops are just 5 min by foot, which provides for instance easy access to Erasmus University (ca. 10 min), and the Rotterdam Airport. There will be mostly expats and young professionals living in the building, so you can make some friends if you wish so, or you can keep to yourself, as the apartment is completely private. The area is of course dynamic and full of restaurants, shops, super markets and most importantly parks! The Apartment We provide fully furnished and hooked-up studios and apartments. You can just move in without any worries about furniture or utilities. There is wifi to immediately get settled in, the apartment is well isolated and boasts large double glazed windows. Similarly, the kitchen is new and includes what you would need to cook yourself a meal. Further, the bathroom is new and includes a walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. Other facilities This Apartment provides access to the shared roof terrace which provides a great view of the skyline of Rotterdam. Every separate unit of the building has their own heating so you can easily accommodate your own preference. There is also a floor heating system in the bathroom which will give you some extra cosy feeling. Further it includes supplies like a vacuum cleaner, iron board and flatiron as well as towels and beddings. The general spaces are being cleaned every 2/3 weeks and our tenants will be able to make use of the services of our cleaning staff for their apartments. Furniture can be moved around to accommodate your wishes. It’s possible to register at city hall. The apartment is suitable for singles or couples. For a second tenant we charge €45 for additional usage. - Preséntate al propietario. Haz cualquier pregunta que tengas.

- Cuando el propietario la apruebe y se acepte el pago, habrás reservado correctamente la propiedad.
No es necesario que visites el alojamiento cuando reservas con HousingAnywhere. Estas son las razones:
- Todas las propiedades de HousingAnywhere tienen fotografías y una descripción clara. Puedes comunicarte fácilmente con el propietario por si algo no estuviese claro.
- Al no realizarse visitas, todos los usuarios tienen las mismas oportunidades a la hora de reservar, tanto las personas que ya viven en la ciudad como las que viven en otro lugar.
- HousingAnywhere se cerciora de que la propiedad es tal y como aparece en el anuncio, y solamente envía el pago al propietario cuando has hecho la mudanza correctamente.
