Our lovingly furnished and decorated apartment on the top floor of our Old Town Hotel is available to our guests for their longer stays in Berlin. It is located in the middle house of a typical Berlin style building and is very quiet despite the central location. The house has no elevator. This pretty and very bright attic apartment has a combined living and sleeping area with 2 single beds that can be combined to form a double bed. There is also a seating area with a dining table and chairs. A TV and Wifi are of course also available. The kitchen is fully equipped. It contains all sorts of dishes, pots, pans, a stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a kettle. In the shower room there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. In an additional bedroom there are two more single beds and furniture for your personal belongings. The apartment is situated in the same building complex as our Old Town Hotel with the reception on the ground floor. It is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Outside of these times, there is an on-call service for urgent cases. We clean the apartment bi-weekly and also change linen and towels. This service is included in the rent. Additional cleaning services can be used. In this case further costs apply. Our breakfast offer at the Old Town Hotel can also be used. This is a residential building so please respect the quiet time between 10 pm - 8 am. Strictly no smoking and no pets. Registration is only possible for stays with min. 3 months ---- Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
