Big room for 2 tenants. The apartment is located on (hidden)ment floor of a 3-floor old house. It has 2 big rooms and one small room. All rooms are bedrooms and there is no living room. The laundry room is beside the apartment. The apartment is located right in the center within walking distance from Bonus supermarket, the University of Iceland and the University of Arts. This room is the biggest room which is shared by 2 tenants or can be rented by a couple. It is possible to rent it as a big private room. There will be 2 single beds in the room compared to the pictures. The rent has to be paid in full months. Main house rules No smoking in the apartment or stairway No guests overnight*. Keep quiet at night and respect your flatmates. Cleaning is according to schedule. *Visitor from abroad is allowed for a short stay( up to 1 week), visitors get a spare bed and pays 2000 ISK/day....
