Situated in a strategic location, the university campus is just a 10-minute walk away, and the city center is easily accessible by crossing the road. The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the building. There is also a beautiful park called "Parco Urbano" just behind the building. The flat offers amenities such as a private car park and a garage for bicycles. All necessary kitchen equipment, including a microwave, cutlery, pans, oven, and fridge, is provided. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. In addition to the rent, the monthly bills of 140 euros (all-inclusive) cover internet, heating, gas, electricity, etc. The rental period is by semester: September to January (first semester, 5 months) and February to July (second semester, 6 months). August is optional for those wishing to spend their holidays in Italy. To book, follow these steps: 1. Please get in touch with me first. I require a photo of one of your identification documents (ID or Passport) and proof of Erasmus confirmation. 2. Book through the portal. 3. Sign the contract. With these documents, I will draft a contract to be signed by all parties involved. 4. Pay the deposit to conclude the process.
