The common areas like corridor and toillets are cleaned every week. Cooking and hot water on electricity with own meters. The house is very substanaible build. All wood en very well isolated. The studio has a very nice view. If ur interested you can respond. PS. This apartment is suitable for 1 or two persons. If rented by 2 persons come an additional fee will required....
