I and my family live in a house in Laugardalur. The house has 3 apartments, each with a private entrance. 2 of the apartments are rented out. We have been renting for 5 years now and every semester we have been so lucky to have excellent people who loved to learn to know students and workers from all over the world. Some have been friends after their stay. The house is surrounded by garden tenants can use. I and my husband loves to go into the mountains and explore nature. We are fortunate to have people all over the world staying at your house, summer and wintertime. The apartments are newly renovated and every room is clean and tidy. I do not disturb my tenants but I am always there for them when needed what matters may occur.
