The idea of our reality was born from the need of young workers and (hidden), Erasmus and off-site, to find a safe accommodation without surprises in the city of Rome, without having to rely on agencies or brokerage sites resulting in extra costs or having to deal with landlords not transparent, find themselves in dubious situations or even be victims of fraud. Over the years we have tailored our service to the needs of our customers, and every year we aim to improve and make our service more efficient, so we offer: • All inclusive prices; • Free maintenance support; • Cleaning and sanitation of the room for the new tenant; • Free monthly cleaning for some flats; • Private refrigerators in some of our rooms; • Contract flexibility.
