The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests, ideal for couples, or a single professional. The apartment is located in the heart of the Isola district of Milan, a safe, welcoming, and full of-services area, just 150 meters from the Isola stop (M5, lilac) and 400m from Garibaldi Garibaldi station (M2, green). The apartment consists of a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, peninsula table (2 seats), oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, pots, plates, and cutlery; then we find the double bed (which can be closed to become a sofa), TV, air conditioning, shoe rack The bathroom consists of a WC, bidet, shower, sink, washing machine, and dryer. The location is excellent for both business travelers and those wishing to visit the city; the house is in fact silent, thanks to the view on the internal courtyard, and is a stone's throw from bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets (one of which is open until midnight). You can walk to the Bosco Verticale in less than 1 minute and continue towards Piazza Gae Aulenti for a pleasant walk, or take advantage of the BikeMe bike-sharing service present at the M5 stop on ISOLA or Mobike and Ofobike, always available in the area. Important to note: - at the check-in tenants will need to pay € 63 per person as city tax - due to the city event Salone del Mobile for the month of April there will be a surcharge of 30% on the month rent - Please note that for check-in after 8pm (standard time), a cash supplement of Euro 100.00 is payable on arrival. - Monthly rent includes 2 cleaning per month.
