This place is gay friendly. The Spaces This airy 2nd floor apartment can be reached by elevator & stairs. Enter into a hallway that has a large wardrobe for coats, shoes and toilet on the left. Through the door on the right, you are welcome into an open space with living area, snug dining table with contemporary chairs, complimented with architect-designed interior featuring white, grey and light coloured wood in modern Scandinavian style, detailed with perky shades of contrast to catch the eye. From the living room, step out into the balcony where you will have a nice view of the river Rotte and the building’s courtyard. The private balcony offers a great place to chill & dine. The entire house is equipped with light laminate flooring. The large windows and balcony doors can be covered by lace curtains for more privacy and drapes for cool winter evenings. Via the living area you turn left into the multi-functional kitchen. The new kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and all utensils. You cook induction and there are pots and pans available. In the kitchen you will find plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. A spacious working counter offers a place to work or have a quick breakfast before heading to work. Do you work in the Botlek, south of Rotterdam, near Hoek van Holland or The Hague? By car you can count on a 20-30 minutes travel.
