Nice attic apartment in a detached house in Quarto Inferiore, 15 minutes from the center of Bologna. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift. The space can accommodate up to 4 people, two on the double bed in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all accessories for preparing meals, as well as a dishwasher and oven. In the bathroom there is a large shower. A private parking space is available in the courtyard. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption.
