A large sofa offers you the best opportunity to switch off in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner - save a lot of money by using your fully equipped kitchen. You can spend cozy evenings together at the dining table. In your modern bathroom, you can take a refreshing shower. Should you run out of clean laundry, then a washing machine is available for you free of charge. Amenities such as a hairdryer, an iron, and a clothes horse are also available in the apartment. The elevator takes you comfortably to the desired floor. Thanks to the excellent connection to the subway, you can reach the Schönbrunn Palace within 22 minutes. St. Stephen's Cathedral and Vienna's city center can be reached by public transport within 27 minutes. The apartment house has 6 in-house parking spaces, which can be booked depending on availability. The price is 300€/month. The price is valid for two people. For each additional person, we charge 225€/month. Ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen – spare viel Geld, indem Du Deine voll ausgestattete Küche nutzt. Gemeinsame gemütliche Abende können am Esstisch verbracht werden. In Deinem modern eingerichteten Bad kannst Du eine erfrischende Dusche nehmen. Sollte Dir die saubere Wäsche ausgehen, dann steht für Dich kostenlos eine Waschmaschine bereit. Den Stephansdom und damit die Wiener Innenstadt erreichst Du mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln innerhalb von 27 Minuten. Das Apartmenthaus verfügt über 6 hauseigene Parkplätze, die je nach Verfügbarkeit dazu gebucht werden können. Der Preis beläuft sich hiermit bei 300€/Monat. Der Preis gilt für zwei Personen.
