On the first floor of the apartment, you'll find a generous living area featuring a dining corner with a table for six, a sofa that converts into a bed (130 x 190 cm), two armchairs, and an LCD TV. The living space flows into a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, and all necessary dishes and utensils. This level also includes a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an additional single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with free wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet, CATV, air conditioning, an iron with an ironing board, and a hairdryer.
