A sunny individual room with a single bed in a shared flat on the third floor apartment , comprising hall, bathroom with shower and toilet , second shower ,2 separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen and big furnished living room in common .The room is clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: single bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair , wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains (type Ikea, ...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival . Wireless internet is included in the rent. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer at the deposal off the tenants in the flat ( included in the rent) A regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat is also included in the rent. The room is cleaned before your arrival but has to be kept clean by the tenant him or herself. We 're looking for new tenants who wants to stay minimum 5 months or longer here and we wants to move in during the month of april . The checking in and out is done by an independent expertise office Ageci and these costs are at your charges . ( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office ) There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ).
