Ideal for loving couples and located on the fringes of Fokionos Negri, one of the most well-known and charming streets of Athens capital, the apartment is close to public transport (two trolleybus lines) with easy access to the historic center of Athens and a variety of must-see places and exquisite cultural monuments. Where all great stories begin 27sqm 6th-floor penthouse in the colorful and multicultural neighbourhood of Kypseli, near Kanari Square (Kypseli Square) and Fokionos Negri, a pedestrian area with a wide variety of cafés, restaurants and cultural meeting points. Located in a quiet and safe road, the apartment offers a big balcony with a panoramic view that you’ll fall in love with. Offering a double bed, it’s ideal for individual travelers and loving couples eager to explore Athens city’s life and cultural heritage. Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the room has the possibility to accomodate a second person, if you wish to invite someone you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost. We have many other apartments in the area, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone! The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 25-minutes walk will take you to the nearest metro stations (Victoria, Omonia), while trolleybuses available in 3-minutes walking distance will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki) in only 5 minutes. The Neighbourhood:The most charming and colorful neighbourhood in the heart of Athens “Kypseli” in Greek means hive, and the reasons behind its naming can be easily justified through a short walk along its colorful and charming streets, populated by people from countries and nationalities all around the world. Multicultural and boheme in its own special way, Kypseli is a lovely area to explore, with a variety of cafés, restaurants and cultural meeting points. Pedion A(hidden) Park near the apartment and Fokionos Negri’s pedestrian road are also great options for your morning walks, or even workouts - in case you’re the active type of person! The terrace of the apartment building where I live (30 minute walk from the apartment) is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks. Access to the apartment: You have access to all the rooms of the apartment. Communication with guests: We are more than happy to stay in touch with our guests and ease their stay in any way possible. As we also live in the center of Athens, pretty close to the apartment, we are always eager to help regarding any issue that might occur during their stay in the apartment....
