The apartment is specially designed as a temporary home and is only 50 meters away from the nearest subway station of the U3 metro line (orange line). There are supermarkets and restaurants, also a public indoor swimming pool in the immediate vicinity, further there is the possibility of renting a parking space in a nearby public garage. The apartment offers a full equipped kitchen, a very stabil, high speed Internet, also cabel TV is included. For cooking and heating we use only very safe and modern, electrical, sustainable solutions, based on that we have no gas and no Carbon Monoxide risk. The check-in is contactless by using a code, after the end of each contract, the apartment is disinfected and sealed for the next stay.
