It has a large kitchen and sitting room, 3 bathrooms, a washing machine, and WiFi. HOUSE RULES: Please keep all noise levels to a minimum at any time. No parties are allowed. Behaviour: Occupancy and use of premises and common areas shall not be such as to disturb or offend residents (e.g. make excessive noise or commotion, etc.).
