There is a large garden, with barbecue, bicycle parking and pergola. Cleaning of the communal areas is included in the rent. The Pozzo strada area is quiet and full of services, supermarkets and is very well served by public transport. It is only three minutes' walk from the Rivoli metro stop, and a short walk from the bus stops for the polytechnic, which can be reached in 10/15 minutes.
