DOGS ARE WELCOME, BUT WE CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE CATS+++ The apartment is newly refurbished, fully equipped and situated in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg (Winskiez), one of the most charming neighbourhoods in Berlin with a large variety of wonderful restaurants, bars, boutiques, a weekly organic market and other places you shouldn‘t miss, all of them in walking distance. You will find everything you could wish for during your stay. Please note that this apartment is NOT suitable for flat sharing, as the bathroom is en-suite with the master bedroom. Only the toilet is in the hallway. There is a second very small bedroom for occasional use or as study for home office. It has a working station. You are extremely well connected to public transport with 3 tram lines within a 1 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is situated in an old heritage-protected building from 1907 with 3.20 meter high ceilings, thoroughly renovated and furnished in style. It's just perfect for a couple, but the charming small second bedroom is very cosy, too. A private little terrace towards the buildings back yard is accessed through the kitchen with a little dining area, lovely for sunny days. The apartment is fully equipped, with new electric appliances, including washing machine and dishwasher. Two separate working stations in two separate rooms can be used very well by two people in Home Office without being in each other’s way :-) End cleaning fee: 70€ due on departure. Optional: bi-weekly or weekly cleaning lady can be arranged for a fee, receipt included for tax purposes The Area: You can park around the apartment for a restricted time for a fee (public parking). There aren’t museums to speak of in Prenzlauer Berg, but you can still sightsee. Two blocks away from the apartment you have the famous Kollwitzplatz, which is named after the famous Berlin artist and sculptor Käthe Kollwitz. It is one of the most lively squares in Prenzlauer Berg, surrounded with a large variety of Cafés, Restaurants, little Boutiques and Curiosities shops.
