Rotterdam North is a lively neighborhood with a diverse population and many shops & restaurants. The apartment has 3 rooms of in total 80 m2. One bedroom of 18 m2 with plenty of wardrobe space. A luxury private bathroom of 6m2 with double rainshower, double sink and a two person bath. A living of 56 m2 with open kitchen and two bar seats. Besides that, there is a beautiful garden of 25m2 where you can enjoy the sun from May - September. Feel free to use the BBQ! The apartment is fully renovated in 2021. Kitchen, bathroom, toilet, flooring, everything new. The apartment has floor heating in every area. The energy label is A. The apartment comes upholstered and fully furnished.
