On the first floor are the kitchen (fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, fridge, refrigerator), the living room, and a small toilet. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms, 1 little room used as an office, 1 bathroom (with bath tub, shower, 2 sinks), and a small laundry room (with washing machine). The apartment is located in Amsterdam Noord, very close to metro station Noorderpark and to ferries to go to central station (902) and to KNSM island (915). Supermarkets are just across the street. The area is quiet but lively: parks, cafes, pubs, restaurants, movie theatres are at walking distance. You would be sharing the apartment with one girl only. She is 31 and she is a researcher at UvA.
