On the ground floor, there is a one-room apartment with a private entry and a private toilet room. The kitchen is shared with the tenants on the first floor, accessible via internal stairs. The apartment is situated near Prato della Valle, in the Madonna Pellegrina neighborhood, a residential area in the southern part of Padua. The condominium is fenced in, ensuring privacy and a tranquil environment. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet as well, offering all necessary amenities. A few minutes away from the apartment, you'll find the Alì Supermarket, as well as various stores, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants such as the Greek restaurant Suvlaki.
