Hello guys, I am renting out my room in Leeuwarden for almost the whole summer (16th of July - 3rd of September) to anyone who is interested. It is a nice and cozy room on the first floor of the house. The room itself its not that big but it has everything you need. The house has a small kitchen and a big living room. There is a toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with a second toilet on the first floor. There is also a garden in the back of the house where you can relax when the weather is nice. The rent for a month is 230 euro including gas, electricity, water, Internet and use of laundry machine. The location of the house is 7 min by bike from the center and the supermarket is right around the corner.
