The apartment is furnished and equipped with sheets, towels and household goods. The House was renovated a few years ago, new fassade was made as well as new windows installed. In the house there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and a shared space to store bikes. THE AREA: The apartment is located in the twenty first district near Floridsdorfer Spitz, veterinarian university, Alte Donau (old Danube). Close to Metroline U6 (Floridsdorf) and Schnellbahn (local train) - only 15 minutes to City Center/Wien Mitte. It is a very green area for people who like sports and nature - near Alte Donau/Wasserpark. You can enjoy walks, biking, skating and in summer swimming, paddling, sailing, rowing on the old arm of the danube. It is a paradise within the city. Along the shore there are lots of nice restaurants and cafés to hang out. Great Shopping facilities nearby (Floridsdorfer Hauptstraße). To public transport it is a short walk of 3 minutes. Minimum rental period is 3 month.
