Es gibt einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Föhn, Handtücher und Bettzwäsche sind vorhanden. Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan stehen auch zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 66,00 pro Woche möglich. Das Haus liegt im Pantaleonsviertel, ruhig aber sehr zentral.
