DUE TO THE BALANCE IN THE HOUSE WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A GIRL In a cosy 8 persons studenthouse in Gronau, approx. 10 km of Enschede, you will find this room 2d on the first floor. It is a square type room, with a kind of open walk in closet in one corner, a standing window. This room is located overlooking a beautiful garden from the neighbours across the street. Because of the heights of the ceiling, this room is best for persons up til 1.70 m. The furniture on the pictures is not included, it is just meant to give you an impression. In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms/showers/toilets, a nice terrace to have your grillparties. There is a bicycle shed that can be locked to park your bicycle safely. Shops are closeby at 300 m, trainstation to Enschede only 3 min by bike (600 m). You will be living with 7 other students, who are all studying in Enschede, either at university, academy or art college. Beware: the net rent of this room is € 226,--; utility bills and internet costs € 84,--; so all inclusive rent is € 310,--. The rent all-inclusive includes rent, gas, water, electricity, municipal and council taxes, internet (100mB), insurance for the house and use of all equipment. Insurance for your personal belongings and personal accountability should be made by yourself. Upon check-in I will give you a document to register at the council. Extra information: 1. the first rental agreement will be for 11 or 12 months. After that it can enroll with the option to give notice per month. 2. if you are a non-EU citizen and will be studying on a visum in Enschede, then you are obliged to live in the Netherlands; in that case this house is not for you because it is -although only a few km's cross border - in Germany....
