This residential area is appreciated for its safety, the large parks nearby and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking in this area is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. The street is quiet (one-way street) and leads on to Square Ambiorix. Plenty of small groceries shops, bakeries and restaurants are available in the Chaussée de Louvain area, and a Delhaize supermarket is just a few minutes walk away. Rent for 6 months is 850/month with all charges included, extra charge 50/month for second person. Please ask me the monthly rent for shorter period of time (minimum 1 month) Please note that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform therefore communication and payment must happen on the website for everyone's safety and peace of mind.
