Moreover, the apartment is close to the biggest green area of Florence, the famous Parco delle Cascine! The price includes the condominium fees and you can also have a safe parking slot for your bike. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PAYMENTS: You will have to pay the DEPOSIT (PLUS BILLS) DIRECTLY TO ME at the IBAN I will provide after the booking has been confirmed. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay if the apartment is left as you found it and if the contract terms will not be breached. - EXTRAS: - Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is split between the tenant and us. For stays up to six months, it is approximately €100 each. - Cleaning of the apartment: a cleaning lady comes twice a month to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, terraces, corridor, balconies).
