Terrazzo per stendere i panni ed ogni camera ha uno stendino privato. Due bagni con grandi docce uno con doppio lavandino Mobili tutti nuovi ad eccezione di alcuni pezzi vintage anni 50 ed alcuni di antiquariato. La casa si trova a Novoli. A pochi metri dalla fermata della tramvia che porta in centro in 10 minuti, da lì si snoda per la città ed a Scandicci dove si trova il Polimoda. Raggiungibile a piedi l'Ateneo di S. Donato o con due fermate di tramvia.
