The 3-floor building with 20 bedrooms, a triple glazing, and central heating with individual thermostatic valves. The offered room is equipped with a single bed. You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with other tenants on your floor. The other available rooms consist of: - each room has its sink, fridge and cooking plate -some have a private shower: rooms 2, 24, 26, and 34 -some have a mini kitchen: rooms 2, 22 and 26 -WC and shower on each floor Rental Condition: -Price includes cleaning of common area and basic wifi internet (proximus) included. -Deposit: 500 Euros, Possibility to increase in case of a short lease. -Registration possible The property is located in the heart of the Ixelles cemetery district, near the two main campuses of University of Bruxelles (ULB, Solbosch, and La Plaine) and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). Many cafes, restaurants, and shops are all available nearby. In term of transportation, the location is well served by all means of transport to ease your move. Access -Metro: Delta station -Train: Etterbeek station -Bus: Ixelles or Thys cemetery (71, 72, 95, N08 and N09) Grocer (341, 343, 348, and 349) - Trams: Etterbeek station (7 and 25) To book the room, you have to pay the first month's rent + the HousingAnywhere fee (25%) directly on the platform. You'll then have to pay the utilities of the first month's rent and the deposit.
