Hi everyone :) Since I am going on an exchange program my cosy room will be available from December 27th till the end of June. My room is pretty large and bright and the size of it is 20qm. The room is already fully furnished (comfortable double bed, a big desk as well as a closet. The aparment is located on the 4th floor and its about 75qm. All the rooms are accessible separately. It has a really nice big kitchen, comfy anteroom, bathroom with a bathtub, extra WC and a little storage room for vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials or any other stuff. The apartment is located in the third district at Kardinal-Nagl-Platz. Right next door you will find a supermarket, chinese, bakery, postal office and a pharmacy. It is also close to the metro station U3 Kardinal-Nagl-Platz, only 1 minute walking distance. With the metro line 3 you can easily go to the inner city as well. In 10 minutes you can also reach the biggest park (Prater) of Vienna, or other supermarkets. In the summer the park is ideal for running, cycling amongst many other sport activities. You can simply reach the University of Technology of Vienna (TU) or University of Economics (WU) in about 10-15 minutes. If you choose the bike it is even faster. Your roommate would be my brother. He is 21 years old, a really nice, guy and he began to study Economics last year. He is super into sports and also an open-minded person. Furthermore he is very understanding, it doesn ́t matter if it is about studying or just partying. We cook together pretty often and of course party together after an exam. But sometimes we just watch a movie together and keep it very simple. I am very happy about every request.
