The property is an independent apartment on the 2nd floor, a double bedroom apt, with a separate living area with a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a windowed bathroom with a shower. All windows have mosquito screens. The apartment has a security door and autonomous heating. Rent includes bed linen and towels and all utilities made an exception for gas and electricity.
